Penneys is bringing back the infamous Chip cup... and loads more Beauty and the Beast gear

BACK IN MARCH, just before the release of the live action Beauty and the Beast movie, Penneys started stocking teacups based on the adorable Chip.

Little did they know the absolute pandemonium this would cause – there was a run on the cups in stores across the UK and Ireland, leading the retailer to release these socks:

Just outright trolling! But they’ve made things right in the end.

Those still hungry for the Chip cup will be delighted to know that they are bringing him back – along with an expanded Beauty and the Beast range.

The new stock includes a swanky Mrs Potts money bank (sadly not a teapot, but we can dream):
